Marcus Rashford rose from humble beginnings to become one of the world’s greatest football stars, playing for Manchester United and England.

Then, in 2020 he helped raise millions of dollars and faced down Boris Johnson and the UK Parliament to secure free school meals for children.

This film was shot as a television special for ESPN to celebrate his reciept of the Pat Tillman Award for Service at the 2021 ESPYS awards and was filmed in his home town of Wythenshawe in Manchester.
